Privacy Policy — Avi Ads

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly (name, phone number, company details, ad account data) and information generated through your use of the platform (campaign performance data, AI interaction logs, approval history).

2. How we use your information

Your data is used to operate the Avi Ads platform — training the AI on your business context, generating campaign recommendations, and providing customer support. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Meta data access

Avi Ads connects to Meta's Marketing API on your behalf. We access only the permissions you grant during onboarding. You can revoke access at any time from your Meta Business Settings.

4. Data storage and security

Data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure (Firebase/Firestore) with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authenticated personnel. We maintain audit logs of all data access.

5. Data retention

Active account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months. Upon account closure, you may request deletion of your data within 30 days.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@avi-ads.com. We will respond within 14 business days.

7. Changes to this policy

We will notify active clients of material changes to this policy via email and in-app notification at least 14 days before changes take effect.
