Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Avi Ads, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

2. Service description

Avi Ads provides an AI-assisted Meta advertising management platform. The platform provides recommendations and drafts for your review; all campaign actions require your explicit approval before execution.

3. Subscription and billing

All plans require a 6-month minimum commitment. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled with 30 days' notice before the renewal date. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused credits do not roll over.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Avi Ads in compliance with Meta's advertising policies, applicable local laws (including KSA and Jordan regulations), and these Terms. You are responsible for all content approved and published through your account.

5. AI recommendations

AI-generated campaign recommendations are suggestions only. Avi Ads makes no guarantee of advertising performance. Ad spend outcomes depend on market conditions, creative quality, and Meta's auction dynamics, which are outside our control.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of the relationship. Your business data used to train the AI is treated as confidential and is not shared across accounts.

7. Limitation of liability

Avi Ads is not liable for ad spend losses, Meta account restrictions, or business losses arising from campaign performance. Our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice after the minimum commitment period. We reserve the right to terminate immediately for violations of these Terms or Meta's policies.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jordan. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Amman, Jordan.
