Last updated: May 2026. The terms reflect the v1 product: analysis, guidance, approval workflows, and paused-first Meta publishing.
Acceptable use
Aviads is for lawful marketing workflows only. You may not use it for prohibited products, misleading claims, policy evasion, or activity that violates Meta advertising rules.
Credit policy
Credits are consumed when analysis tasks complete. Subscription billing is manual-first in v1; card and Stripe automation are planned for a later phase.
Meta advertising compliance
You remain responsible for final campaign compliance. Aviads performs checks and creates paused campaigns, but cannot guarantee platform approval or performance.
No performance guarantee
Aviads provides intelligence and recommendations based on available data. Results depend on your business, offer, creative quality, market, and spend.
Approval-gated publishing
Publishing, activation, budget changes, and risky campaign actions require explicit approval. Campaigns are created paused first.
