Data Deletion Instructions

Avi Ads lets customers connect Meta business assets so the platform can read advertising context, performance history, Pages, and connected Instagram business assets. You can disconnect that access and request deletion of stored Avi Ads account data at any time.

1. Disconnect Avi Ads from Meta

You can revoke Avi Ads access from Meta Business Settings or Facebook Settings by removing Avi Ads from the list of connected business integrations.

2. Request account data deletion

Email privacy@avi-ads.com with the subject line "Data deletion request" and include your business name, the email used for Avi Ads, and the Meta business or ad account name if known.

3. Verification

We may verify that the requester is an owner or authorized representative of the workspace before deleting business, campaign, onboarding, and integration records.

4. Completion timeline

Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting obligations.
